The Food of Love
The Mango in the South pacific is used in amrus, a love potion of considerable potency.
combined with oranges and yoghurt, the fruit's invigorating properties make this mousse a delicious aphrodisiac. 
Ingredients
2 cups of fresh mango pulp
Finely grated rind of ½ an orange
Sugar to taste
an ounce of gelatine
Two tblspns of orange juice
Two tblspns of Natural yoghurt
Two egg whites
Method
Mix Mango Pulp with rind & sugar.
Dissolve gelatine in juice then combine together with the mango & Yoghurt. 
Leave the mixture until almost set, then whisk the egg whites
until stiff and fold them in.
Spoon into glasses & chill until set.
A lovely end to a meal &
the perfect start to an evening.......
